This policy explains shipping and delivery for LUSCIOUS. orders.

Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order, your order will be processed after stock is available and payment has been confirmed. Estimated launch, dispatch or delivery windows are estimates only and may change because of production, supplier, carrier or operational delays.

Shipping Areas

Available shipping and delivery options are shown at checkout based on your address. Some locations may not be serviceable. If we cannot fulfil an order to your address, we will contact you to arrange a solution or refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are currently waived for launch orders. We may introduce paid shipping, express shipping, local delivery or other delivery options later as the business grows. Any available delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timing

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carriers can experience delays outside our control, including weather, public holidays, customs, incorrect addresses or network disruptions.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, but we will try to help where reasonable.

Lost Or Damaged Parcels
